About twenty (20) years of experience managing fish farming, fish biology & nutrition, fish health management, better aquaculture practices and aquaculture extension activities. Have experience on aqua health products sales and marketing, identifying target markets, develop product requirement and effectively evaluated customer needs, developing annual sales budget and monthly sales forecast, developing strategic plans based on industry tending and customer analysis. Currently importing animal health products (Aqua and Poultry) from different countries and marketing all over the country with a self-motivated sales/marketing team. Focusing on alternative of antibiotics like probiotics, prebiotics, phytogenic products both for aqua and poultry. Managing a team of 30 sales/marketing people who are promoting aqua and poultry health management products to farms and feed mills.
