His educational qualification is M.Sc (A. H) in poultry science. He started his first carrier in Biman Poultry Complex as a production officer at the year 1987 and left Biman Poultry Complex as a Farm Manager at the year 2005 and started his business carrier in poultry sector at the year 2005. He visited many countries in the world such as USA, Canada, England, Ireland, Holland, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Austria, Spain, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indian, Pakistan many times to attend the poultry fair/Seminar/ Symposium. Now Mr. Atiar Rahman is the Chairman of Agrotech feeds Ltd and Managing Director of A R Animal Health Ltd. The principal of A R Animal Ltd is to supply quality poultry products/ Feed additives such as DCP. MCP, Choline Chloride, Fat Emusifier (Lipidin), Toxin Binder, Coccidiostat etc with minimum profit to boost up the poultry and Feed industry in Bangladesh.
